1 General Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between ngsbahis and all registered users of the platform. The ngsbahis website, mobile site, and all associated services are operated under an international offshore gaming licence. The platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes by eligible adults.

All references to "ngsbahis" include its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy arising from a translation.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:

ngsbahis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. The platform shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ngsbahis holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The ngsbahis platform is strictly for use by adults aged 18 years and above. Any individual under the age of 18 is expressly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or accessing any content on the ngsbahis platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

By registering an account on ngsbahis, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international financial sanctions.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

ngsbahis actively employs age verification procedures for all new account registrations. Additionally, a more detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. This process may require submission of government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and in certain circumstances proof of payment method ownership.

In the event that ngsbahis determines or reasonably suspects that a user is under the age of 18, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Any winnings generated by an underage player shall be forfeited in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on ngsbahis. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep all registered information current and notify ngsbahis promptly of any changes.

Account security is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ngsbahis immediately at support@ngsbahis if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any third party to place wagers through your account on your behalf.

ngsbahis shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security. In the event of suspected account compromise, ngsbahis may temporarily suspend the account pending an investigation. The platform may also request re-verification of identity at any time as part of its ongoing security and anti-fraud procedures.

Players who wish to close their account permanently may do so by contacting support@ngsbahis. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure (subject to successful KYC verification) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ngsbahis accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the player's account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. ngsbahis does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which ngsbahis accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. ngsbahis targets a processing time of under four hours for withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests received after this time may be processed the following day.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• The deposit method used for the most recent qualifying deposit must be used for the corresponding withdrawal where technically possible (anti-money-laundering requirement).
• Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of related funds can be processed.
• ngsbahis reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds may be subject to extended processing times of up to five business days.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): ngsbahis operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. The platform monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Funds associated with suspected financial crime may be frozen indefinitely pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

ngsbahis offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and returning players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and enhanced sports betting odds. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit on ngsbahis are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. To claim this offer, the player must opt in at the time of deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the closure of all associated accounts.

The following general conditions apply to all ngsbahis bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual promotion terms) before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the ngsbahis platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The specific game contribution rates are published in the promotion detail page. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap, where applicable, is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before clearing an existing one may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

ngsbahis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error or manifest error affecting the calculation or award of a bonus, ngsbahis reserves the right to correct the error, void any affected wagers or bonus credits, and recover any funds erroneously credited.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or collusion between players to meet bonus conditions — will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses, suspension of the account, and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ngsbahis, you accept personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the platform complies fully with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account or providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cooperative play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security systems, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or introduce malicious code to the platform's infrastructure.
• Using the ngsbahis platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward ngsbahis staff or other players.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned to ngsbahis.
• Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or operate your ngsbahis account.

ngsbahis employs advanced fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behaviour analysis systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, ngsbahis may take immediate action including account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, voiding of wagers and bonuses, and permanent account closure with forfeiture of balance.

Players are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform does not infringe the intellectual property rights of ngsbahis or any third party. All content on the ngsbahis platform — including game software, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of ngsbahis or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written authorisation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ngsbahis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during ongoing account review.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the account.
• Identification of a conflict of interest (e.g., the player is employed by ngsbahis or by one of its game providers or payment partners).
• Determination that the player is located in a jurisdiction where access to the platform is prohibited.
• Player request — including requests submitted as part of the platform's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

Consequences of Closure: Upon account closure initiated by ngsbahis for cause (i.e., due to a Terms violation or fraudulent activity), any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a violation, ngsbahis reserves the right to forfeit the balance in its entirety. Where the investigation finds no breach, the verified net balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten business days.

Where account closure is initiated voluntarily by the player (whether as a standard closure request or as a responsible gaming self-exclusion), the verified account balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Players who have self-excluded from the platform under the responsible gaming programme will not be permitted to re-open their account during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngsbahis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ngsbahis platform — including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond ngsbahis's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Gambling losses sustained during normal platform use.
• Incorrect information provided to the platform by the player.
• Any change to these Terms or to the features and services available on the platform.

The ngsbahis platform and all content, software, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ngsbahis does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ngsbahis's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, ngsbahis's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ngsbahis and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
